The
machine is used at goodyear welted footwear manufacture
for stitching midsoles or soles to the welt, at
stitchdown footwear manufacture for stitching insoles
with lasted uppers and decorative welts to the midsoles
or soles and also at "Clarks" footwear manufacture for
side stitching of sewn upper to the edge of sole. Two-thread
lockstitch is used. The machine can stitch both light
and heavy-duty types of materials up to the total
thickness 15 mm. The length of stitch is adjustable. The
machine is equipped with the electronic control unit for
a fluent regulation of stitching speed.
